Plastic-Free Packaging & Eco-Friendly Delivery

We believe our impact should be as minimal as possible

When it comes to our packaging, we like to keep things simple. All deliveries are plastic-free and carbon neutral, with eco-friendly with plastic-free recyclable packaging, and plastic-free and carbon neutral delivery.

  • Plastic-Free Packaging

    All our jewellery comes packaged in a display box or holder. We encourage you to use this as storage to keep your jewellery protected when not being worn. We encourage you to reuse our packaging as much as possible.

    If you don't need a box, you can request your order without one. If you have boxes you no longer need, you're welcome to return them to us for reuse/recycling.

    We use jewellery boxes instead of bags because it's a more eco-friendly option. A cotton jewellery bag must be used at least 7,100 times[1] in order to justify environmental sustainability.

  • Carbon Neutral Delivery

    All our deliveries are carbon neutral. We fund carbon removal to counteract the impact on the planet—at no extra cost to you.

    Skip the delivery altogether and collect your order direct from our studio in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter. Your jewellery will usually be ready for collection within 24 hours. Just choose 'Pickup' at checkout.
