Delivery & Returns

Delivering Your Order:

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–5 business days, depending on your chosen shipping method. Here's what to expect:

• Free Delivery: Sent out once per week, so please allow a little extra time for dispatch. Once on their way, expect delivery within 1-3 working days.
• Express Delivery: Usually dispatched the same day if ordered before 12 PM (Mon–Fri), but delivery is not guaranteed to be faster than standard shipping. If you need your order urgently, please choose our Next Day Delivery service.
• Next Day Delivery: Order before 12 PM (Mon–Fri), and your parcel will arrive the next business day by 1 PM. Orders after 12 PM or on weekends will be dispatched the next business day.
• International Delivery: Delivery usually takes 3–14 business days, but it may occasionally take longer. Duties and taxes are included for US, EU and CA orders. We are not responsible for additional charges incurred.

Returns & Refunds:

We want you to love your jewellery, but if it’s not quite right, here’s what you need to know about returns:

• Customers have 28 days from the date their order is dispatched to return their purchase.
• Items returned within 14 days of receipt are eligible for a refund. Returns made within 28 days are eligible for store credit.
• Jewellery must be returned in its original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
• Customers are responsible for return delivery costs.
• Customers are responsible for their order until it has been safely returned to us.
• After 28 days, or if the original condition of the item is not met, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear in the account.
