Last Posting Dates for Christmas 2025

Delivering Your Order:

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–5 business days, depending on your chosen shipping method. Here's what to expect:

• Free Delivery: Sent out once per week, so please allow a little extra time for dispatch. Once on their way, expect delivery within 1-3 working days.
• Express Delivery: Usually dispatched the same day if ordered before 12 PM (Mon–Fri), but delivery is not guaranteed to be faster than standard shipping. If you need your order urgently, please choose our Next Day Delivery service.
• Next Day Delivery: Order before 12 PM (Mon–Fri), and your parcel will arrive the next business day by 1 PM. Orders after 12 PM or on weekends will be dispatched the next business day.

Returns & Refunds:

We want you to love your jewellery, but if it’s not quite right, here’s what you need to know about returns:

• You have 28 days from the date your goods are dispatched to return your order.
• Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund, or within 28 days for store credit.
• Jewellery must be returned in its original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
• Any time after 28 days or if the original condition is not met we reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges.
• Returns will be refunded to the same method of payment, please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-returnable items unless faulty:

• Earrings (hygiene reasons)
• Gift cards and gift codes
• Final sale items
• Altered, personalised, or customised jewellery
